Monday.com : piloter un projet web client sans réunions inutiles
Monday.com : notre méthode d’agence pour piloter un projet web client sans multiplier les réunions. Tableau type, automatisations et implication…

Visual project management that gets the whole team aligned.
Visual, flexible boards, no-code automations and multiple views to manage projects and teams.
Monday's principle: boards made of rows (tasks, projects, content, leads…) and typed columns (colour-coded status, person, date, number, file). Reading is instant, which is what gets the tool adopted by teams that had abandoned all the previous ones.
The same board can be viewed as kanban, calendar, timeline (Gantt), workload or dashboard. The project manager follows the timeline, the team works in kanban, leadership looks at the dashboard: each their own reading, without duplicating data.
"When the status changes to Done, notify the owner and archive the item": automations are built in natural language via simple menus. Deadline reminders, recurring task creation, Slack notifications — enough to eliminate a real share of administrative work.
Per-task comments, mentions, attachments, per-person workload board: Monday centralises the exchanges around work in progress and makes overloads visible before they blow up.
Slack, Gmail, Outlook, Drive, Zoom, HubSpot, Make, Zapier… The native integrations cover a marketing team's classic stack. The companion products (monday CRM, monday dev) share the same logic if the need grows.

Our honest verdict after several years of managing projects on Monday.com.
Monday.com succeeds where many project management tools fail: getting a whole team on board, including less technical profiles, thanks to a visual, instantly readable interface. Automations and multiple views make it a real control centre, but the per-user price (with a minimum of three seats) and some features reserved for higher plans push the bill up as you grow. It is an excellent choice for structuring a marketing team or a production flow without friction.
